HELP A KATRINA FAMILY - VISIT THE SITE AND SEE WHY HELP IS NEEDED
This is my first coil in operation, it shows 3-8 inch discharges from a 2 inch terminal. I have a toroid that measures 18 inches in diameter but at this time the primary tank is tunned for the sphere. I hope to have the updated pictures of my coil up here soon, they show 2 foot long sparks and corona. UPDATE: To eliminate corona leakage around the air wound part of the secondary I used Plasti Dip painted on the wire, this worked out great. If you see anything anywhere worth publishing here, let me know. Permissions must be had first but I am willing to do more updates here since this site has been over run with traffic lately. It was a small project I put on the back burner but for some reason it boomed into something biger than I thought. I guess that means I have to do regular updates here arrghhh!! That's ok, I do not mind since the majority of traffic is educational. Hope you learn something here!
