Blackened Redfish Seasoning |
|
|
A unique blend of salt, spices and lemon. Shake a little on all fish before broiling or baking. It's especially good for sauteed shrimp and crawfish. And it adds Louisiana flavor to soups, seafood, gumbos, and sauces. Directions
for Blackened Redfish
Fish fillets should be 1/2 inch thick for best results. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat for at least 10 minutes. Drop fillets in melted butter or margarine. Shake Cajun Land Blackened Redfish Seasoning on both sides of fillets. Drop into skillet and cook for 45 seconds on each side. Serve piping hot. New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp
Melt butter under medium heat, in a pot large enough to hold all ingredients. Add seasoning and shrimp. Cover pot for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Shrimp are ready when they are a pretty pink color. Serve with warm French Bread. |
