Heavier breading may be obtained by dipping fish in a mixture of two beaten eggs, one cup milk, and then in Cajun Land Seasoned Fish Fry. NOTE: Do not bread in advance - bread only the amount you are going to fry at one time. Cajun Land Seasoned Fish Fry is also excellent for frying Shrimp, Oysters, Chicken, Soft-shell crabs, Eggplant and Veal Cutlets. |
